We are a part of the Artisan Gallery Team on Etsy which brings together talented handworkers from all over the world. The team is holding a wonderful blogging event called Blog it Forward: BEE up. For our contribution Martha made some beautiful fingerless gloves that look like honeycomb. She used two tones of yellow yarn to create the honeycomb effect. They're warm and comforting just like honey and yet have the structure required for running a hive, or going about day to day tasks.
Being an avid tea drinker honey plays a big part in my everyday life. Within each cup of delicious tea there resides at least a teaspoon of fantastic golden syrup.
Something about honey, over sugar or any other sweetener, adds a level of comfort to a cup of steaming tea.
